They are looking for a high caliber individual to fill the position of Finance Manager.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role holder will establish and maintain financial procedures for the organization.
The incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Principal Accountabilities include:
Provide and interpret financial information
Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends
Analyze change and advise accordingly
Formulate strategic and long-term business plans
Research and report on factors influencing business performance
Analyze competitors and market trends
Develop financial management mechanism that minimize financial risk
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, suppliers, bankers and statutory organizations
Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
Manage budgets
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or ACCA qualification
At least four (4) years progressive job related experience
Advanced Excel skills
Detail-oriented and can work well under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
